October 23, 2014 is the 150th anniversary of the Battle of Westport, a pivotal battle in the Trans-Mississippi Theater. I’m thrilled our four hereditary organizations (SUVCW, DUVCW, SCV, and UDC) are conducting a joint commemoration Thursday evening, October 23rd at Loose Park, 5200 Wornall Road, Kansas City, Missouri.
