Subject: Missouri Division Executive Council Meeting

Gentlemen,

I have scheduled an Executive Council Meeting for Saturday - May 5, 2012.  The meeting will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and last until approx. 12:00 noon.  The location will be the Truman Hotel - Hightower Room.  The Hightower Room is accessable by entering through the restaurant entrance and then making a left turn down the hall.  Many of us will be having lunch there at the restaurant after the meeting, and it just so happens that the major re-enactment in Jefferson City is going on that same weekend and many of us will probably head over to the re-enactment later that afternoon.

Our Executive Council exists of all Camp Commanders, our three Brigade Commanders, our elected Division Officers and our most recent Past Division Commander, Jim England.  Although only members of the council actually have a vote, please know that your Camp Adjutants are also welcome to attend, as well as any other camp members for that matter, although our meeting room isn't that large.  Some  potential items of discussion are:

Other items of discussion will undoubtedly be added to this list and please feel free to submit any items you would like to see on the agenda.

Please make every effort to attend this Executive Council Meeting, all camps of the Missouri Division are important and input from each camp is greatly desired.  I look very forward to seeing many of you on May 5, 2012.
