Message Regarding the St. Louis Monument From Mo Division Commander Maples
Gentlemen,
A bit of an update this morning. Quite a day yesterday, indeed. I have spoken with National Heritage Defense Chairman Ben Jones (Cooter from the Dukes of Hazzard days), and he was already aware of this and of course in our corner. He is going to try to submit an "op-ed" to the St. Louis Post Dispatch for starters, and will also stay on this and continue to be in contact with me. I have also been in contact with our own Heritage Defense Chairman - Bob Arnold, who is living in the St. Louis area. Bob is very well versed with the politics of St. Louis, and is a Confederate "guru" so to speak. We are fortunate to have him. Bob has informed me that the so called committee is most likely a "kangaroo court" and in his opinion, these folks have most likely already formed their opinions, etc. No surprise there, right? Bob has also given me some excellent advice and will be at my side as I deal with this. Today, I will be calling the Mayors office, and I am requesting a meeting with him. I have already sent an email requesting the meeting, but have not heard back as of yet. I am also going to request that WE, the Missouri SCV be included on his committee. As descendants of the Confederate soldiers represented on the monument, we have a right to be included on any committee regarding them. We will see just what the Mayor's response will be.
I am confident that threatening the Mayor's office will be of no good. That's what they want. So let us be careful in our words and in our deeds. We have only begun to fight, and I again ask for your prayers as I deal with these people of no common sense. We will be using our social media outlets and everything we have at our disposal to resist this.

MONUMENT CLEAN-UP UNDERWAY LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER DESECRATION! :)
We received word early this morning that crews were scheduled to be at the JEB Stuart monument today for clean up.
We sent someone to verify, and when we arrived at 9:30 a.m., clean up was almost complete!

Va Flaggers Call To Action: JEB Stuart Monument Vandalized
Sometime Monday morning, the statue of Civil War General J.E.B. Stuart was vandalized. Someone scrawled the words "F*** WORK" on the base of the statue, which is located at the intersection of Lombardy Avenue and Monument Avenue in Richmond.
8News contacted police about the crime; as of 2:15 p.m., we're still waiting to hear back.
"It's terrible," an 8News viewer wrote in a Facebook message to us. "Help us find out who did the defacing."

Compatriots,
The situation involving the Flags at Lee Chapel in Lexington, Virginia goes far beyond the Virginia Division. I have been in contact with Commander Tracy Clary, Virginia Division and Commander Brandon Dorsey, Stonewall Brigade on this matter.
I ask all compatriots from all Divisions to attend this rally (details below) if possible. If you can not attend, at the very least, please contact the officials at Washington and Lee and express your concerns.

Desecration of Robert E. Lee's Grave and Memorial Rally and Forum in Lexington, Virginia Saturday July 26th.
Recently Washington & Lee University President Ken Ruscio announced the university would remove the eight regimental Confederate Battleflags surrounding the famed recumbent statue of Robert E. Lee in Lee Chapel. The statue chamber and the Lee family crypt were built onto Lee Chapel as the site chosen for the Robert E. Lee Memorial using private donations raised for the purpose. As such the university accepted the responsibility to ensure that Lee's burial place would be given the proper respect it deserves and it did so for well over one hundred years.
Sadly, the once proud Southern school has become infiltrated more and more with radical ideology and the academics running the school no longer share the same values as Robert E. Lee. Instead many overtly and openly proclaim disdain for him. When Lee's character was recently attacked, the school offered no response and instead has caved to the demands of a small group of student's who want Lee and everything he stood for repudiated.
For now they have won their fight to remove these flags, but they or others like them will continue their crusade with revolutionary fever to destroy Lee's image in its entirety. The current president, the successor to Robert E. Lee, has now become the nations most notorious grave robber. These radical students undoubtedly dream of the day that sledge hammers will be taken to Lee's recumbent statue just as the mob in Iraq recently did to the grave of the famed Prophet Jonah.
How should decent people react to the cowardly violation of the memorial for an American Icon? Are we so ignorant to believe that people cannot understand why Confederate flags would be at a deceased general's or veteran's grave? Why has this happened and what can be done about it? The Stonewall Brigade Camp 1296 is putting together an event where these issues will be addressed.
This event will be held on July 26 at an open community meeting to be held at the Holiday Inn Express on N. Lee Highway at 4pm that day featuring Dr. Marshall DeRosa, Professor of Political Science at Florida Atlantic University. He will present "The Heroical Robert E. Lee: Under Attack by the Useful Idiots of the Ruling Class." Following Dr. DeRosa's presentation attendees will be invited to express their concerns and to offer ideas and solutions to the matter.
In addition we will hold a Flag Vigil against this cowardly act in downtown Lexington throughout the day and are working to secure a sight near Lee Chapel to hold a rally beginning at Noon. We encourage anyone concerned about this issue to attend and bring your flags and signs in hand to protest what we consider no less than grave robbery as defined under law by the current president of Washington & Lee.
We ask that everyone remember that although we have the right to be angry at this situation, everyone should conduct themselves in a manner that would not further embarrass the memory of Robert E. Lee. We do not need to stoop down to the level of those who started this travesty. The city sidewalks will be accessible to us, but expect W&L security to remove or arrest anyone entering the campus with a sign or flag.
What else can you do? Write, call, and email the university using the contact information listed below. Secondly, if you know any W&L alumni or donors let us know who they are so that we can encourage them to contact the school and consider withholding further support. Thirdly, attend the flag rally and forum if you can. Fourthly, consider contributing to the various heritage defense funds for this purpose.

Nathan Bedford Forrest High School Jacksonville, Fla.

As I made my way to Jacksonville, I would be made aware of the hate filled rhetoric that the NAACP had launched the night before to members of the alumni, staff, and community about the Honorable General Nathan Bedford Forrest as they lobbied to have his name removed from the High School.
I would arrive Wednesday morning at 5 AM, December 11, 2013, change into the uniform of the Southern soldier, and because of the high volume of traffic and members of the Forrest staff already arriving; I would phone the Honorable Henry Russ, and post the Colors in the Public Easement at the front of the school at 5:45 AM.
I have posted the Colors in many places over the past decade, but nothing and nowhere I have ever done so would prepare me for the onslaught of hate filled rhetoric that would come my way from the members of the public who would pass me by on this dark morning.
By the time Mr. Russ would join me, the lights from the Police Traffic Officer were already flashing and the Vice Principal and another Black male would approach us. The Vice Principal would tell me that I would have to leave, and that he didn't care about me being in support of not changing the school name, but my Flag had to go. I told him he could forget it, and that and I was in the Public easement expressing my First Amendment Rights. He said we are going to see about that as he crossed the street and approached the Police Officer to help him with his demands to forcibly have me removed. Failing to secure help from this officer, he demanded that the Officer take his request to a higher ranking person, and came back to inform me that he was working on my removal.
I wish that I could spell the name of the young Black female who would come and hold dialogue with us alongside a Black man and the other members of the Sons of Confederate Veterans who had also now joined Mr. Russ and myself. It was a spirited debate that would last for more than three hours about not only the man who had been a true friend to the African people before, during, and after the War for Southern Independence, but also about the Southern White man who had tried so very hard to do the same. God bless them both for their decency and willingness to hold meaningful dialogue.
We would be interviewed by several members of the press. I could not help wondering how the Principal and his Vice as Black men could take a position at Forrest High and not know or want to know about the man himself who was loved by the people of his time, be they White, Black, Red, Brown, freed or indentured, or the forty plus Black men who would ride by his side in honor during the whole duration of the war.
The NAACP brings a new meaning to hate as they have accepted the monies from the very people whose ancestors derailed the African people from the path of social vertical mobility already taking place in the South as the whole of the country moved toward the industrial revolution. The NAACP has now moved the Dream of King to the back of the bus as he had forewarned them and his own lieutenants would happen if they attacked the Confederate Flag; a Flag that belongs to the Southern people and their ancestors who are left to protect it and those who served under it.
The only reward for this treason will go to the poverty pimps and scant for their organizations, and for those who put them up to it just like their carpetbagger ancestors, a clear path for more stealing. Black folks duped again as time will show very soon for those who commit this sacrilege. God bless you.

Even though my entire schooling took place in Florida during the 1950s and 1960s, we never really spent a great deal of time studying the "Civil War" other than the usual Yankee version that the South wanted to keep the institution of slavery, so they attacked Fort Sumter and started the "Civil War", and ultimately got their butts kicked by the Federal troops.
During the "Civil War Centennial" (1960-1965), I started doing more independent study after I discovered that I had ancestors who fought in the war, but I never really did any in-depth study until after I retired from the Army in 1992. When I was in the Army, most of the in-depth study I did was on World War II because we were still looking at our primary adversary as being the Soviet Union, so we spent a lot of time dissecting the battles and tactics used by the Germans against the Soviet Union because of the similarities in the area where it was anticipated the next battles would occur (Western Europe) in the event of a Soviet attack, and the fact that NATO forces would be greatly outnumbered by Warsaw Pact forces, as the Germans were by the Soviets.
In 1992, I began to really start delving into the "Civil War" again, and that was when I learned the real truth about the causes of the War, the Big Government agenda of Lincoln and the Republicans, the destruction of Jeffersonian-style government (States Rights) by the Hamiltonian-style North, the contents of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights, and particularly the rights that were protected under the Ninth and Tenth Amendments. I might add that many of the books I purchased to study the various major battles of the War, I purchased at the bookstores on military bases/posts such as Fort Benning, Fort Hood, and MacDill, and the books I purchased were studies of the battles written as textbooks by the U.S. Army War College, the very institution that is now trying to do away with any sort of honors for Robert E. Lee and T. J. Jackson.
It was after this revelation that I became a Constitutional Conservative, and realized that it was actually the South that fought for the same values the Founders had fought for, and that it was actually Lincoln and the Republicans who destroyed the original intent of the Union.
Anyhow, I am so frustrated when I read passages by U.S. Army officers who took the same Oath of Office I took, "....to support and defend the Constitution of the United States...", and then proceed to talk about American patriots like Robert E. Lee and Thomas J. "Stonewall" Jackson as though they were anti-American traitors who fought against the U.S. for nothing more than the preservation of African slavery.
In this particular case, this article quotes a U.S. Army War College spokesperson as saying, "[Lee] was certainly not good for the nation. This is the guy we faced on the battlefield whose entire purpose in life was to destroy the nation as it was then conceived." This is absolute historical ignorance and blatant historical revisionism.
Robert E. Lee's father, "Light Horse" Harry Lee, was George Washington's cavalry commander. Robert E. Lee himself attended the U.S. Military Academy, was #2 in his graduation class, and is the only West Point Cadet to this day who graduated with NO demerits. Robert E. Lee served in the Mexican War on Gen. Winfield Scott's staff, and was cited for bravery in battle as an engineer officer.
Robert E. Lee remained in the U.S. Army, serving in the Western Territories (Calif), and as the Commandant of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. In 1861, the aging Commander-in-Chief, Gen. Winfield Scott under whom Lee had served in Mexico, recommended Lee--a U.S. Army Colonel at the time, to take over the position of Commander-In-Chief of the U.S. Army, and Abraham Lincoln himself offered that post to Lee. After much consideration on Lee's part, he finally turned down Lincoln's offer when it became obvious that Lee's State of Virginia was going to secede from the U.S. and return to being a sovereign and independent nation.
Regarding his decision to resign from the U.S. Army rather than accept the promotion to Major General and assume command of the Federal Army, Lee said, "With all my devotion to the union and the feeling of loyalty and duty of an American citizen, I have not been able to make up my mind to raise my hand against my relatives, my children and my home. I have, therefore, resigned my commission in the army, and save in defense of my native state ... I hope I may never be called on to draw my sword."
After Lee resigned from the U.S. Army, it was his intention to return to his home in Virginia (Arlington) and live out his years as a gentleman farmer on his wife's estate, but the governor of Virginia offered him command of the Virginia State Militia in the event of war, and Lee believed it was his duty as a Virginia to accept.
The true story of "Stonewall" Jackson was somewhat similar in that he also graduated from West Point, served in the Mexican War, served in the U.S. Army in California, and then left the U.S. Army to serve as an Instructor of Artillery at Virginia Military Academy (VMI). He was still an instructor at VMI when he was called by the Governor of Virginia to serve in the Army of the State of Virginia as a Brigade Commander in the Shenandoah Valley.
Another important factor is the fact that on May 23, 1958, the U.S. Congress passed legislation, which was signed into law by President Dwight D. Eisenhower which stated that Confederate veterans were afforded status equal to that of United States veterans in accordance with Public Law 85-425, thereby amending the Veterans' Benefit Act of 1957. This is one of the reasons why to this day, the V.A. provides government grave markers for any Confederate veterans who do not already have a grave marker.
It is also noteworthy that we have U.S. Army posts such as Fort Lee, Va., Fort Bragg, NC, Fort Jackson, SC, Fort Gordon, Ga. Fort Benning, Ga., Fort Polk, La., Fort Hood, Tx., and others I have failed to name, that are named after Confederate generals, so obviously this anti-Southern movement is just more evidence of political correctness.
If Congress declared, and President Eisenhower endorsed, a law entitling Confederate veterans to the same benefits and honors as U.S. Army veterans, how can the Federal government and its agencies now turn around and declare Confederate soldiers as being traitors to the United States, and unworthy of any accolades or honors for their service?

The U.S. Army War College, in Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania has begun discussing whether it should remove its portraits of Confederate Generals, including those of Robert E. Lee and Thomas "Stonewall Jackson. The College is conducting an inventory of all its paintings and photographs with an eye for re-hanging them in historical themes to tell a particular Army story. During the inventory, an unidentified official asked the administration why the college honors two generals who fought against the United States. One faculty member took down the portraits of Lee and Jackson and put them on the floor as part of the inventory process. That gave rise to rumors that the paintings had been removed. It is the kind of historical cleansing that could spark an Army-wide debate. In 1975, Congress enacted a joint resolution reinstating Lee's U.S. citizenship in what could be considered a final act to heal Civil War wounds. The resolution praised Lee's character and his work to reunify the nation. It noted that six months after surrendering to Grant, Lee swore allegiance to the Constitution and to the Union. "This entire nation has long recognized the outstanding virtues of courage, patriotism and selfless devotion to duty of General R.E. Lee, the joint resolution stated. President Ford traveled to Arlington House, Lee's former home in Virginia, to sign the resolution into law on Aug. 5, 1975.

Thank you for your service and dedication to America.
I awoke on Wednesday to news of portraits of Robert E Lee and Thomas J Jackson being 'removed'. Before I responded, I read the open statement by MGen Cucolo, and other media pieces, to discover the items in question were relocated.
The media is now abuzz with such stories, and for myself, a cause of concern. General Thomas Jonathan "Stonewall" Jackson is a distant cousin of mine, so the story makes it personal in effect. On a more intimate level, resting under the Arlington National Cemetery headstone #54-5669 are the eternal remains of my parents, Mr. and Mrs. CWO3 William E Bearden, who gave 48 years of his life to the US Army. A three war veteran, their plot is located between (Stonewall) Jackson Circle, and the (R.E.) Lee home of Arlington House.
The quotes from Carol Kerr " 'This person was struck by the fact we have quite a few Confederate images, [Lee] was certainly not good for the nation. This is the guy we faced on the battlefield whose entire purpose in life was to destroy the nation as it was then conceived' " INSTANTLY reminded me of an almost identical quote made on August 1st, 1960, by a Dr. Leon Scott:
"The most outstanding thing that Robert E. Lee did was to devote his best efforts to the destruction of the United States Government, and I am sure that you do not say that a person who tries to destroy our Government is worthy of being hailed as one of our heroes. "Will you please tell me just why you hold him in such high esteem?"
Dr. Scott's question was directed to President Dwight D Eisenhower, over his curiosity as to why the U.S. President had a portrait of Robert E Lee in the Oval Office. President Eisenhower answered the Scott query on August 9th, 1960 thusly:
Dear Dr. Scott:
Respecting your August 1 inquiry calling attention to my often expressed admiration for General Robert E. Lee, I would say, first, that we need to understand that at the time of the War Between the States the issue of Secession had remained unresolved for more than 70 years. Men of probity, character, public standing and unquestioned loyalty, both North and South, had disagreed over this issue as a matter of principle from the day our Constitution was adopted.
General Robert E. Lee was, in my estimation, one of the supremely gifted men produced by our Nation. He believed unswervingly in the Constitutional validity of his cause which until 1865 was still an arguable question in America; he was thoughtful yet demanding of his officers and men, forbearing with captured enemies but ingenious, unrelenting and personally courageous in battle, and never disheartened by a reverse or obstacle. Through all his many trials, he remained selfless almost to a fault and unfailing in his belief in God. Taken altogether, he was noble as a leader and as a man, and unsullied as I read the pages of our history.
From deep conviction I simply say this: a nation of men of Lee's calibre would be unconquerable in spirit and soul. Indeed, to the degree that present-day American youth will strive to emulate his rare qualities, including his devotion to this land as revealed in his painstaking efforts to help heal the nation's wounds once the bitter struggle was over, we, in our own time of danger in a divided world, will be strengthened and our love of freedom sustained .
Such are the reasons that I proudly display the picture of this great American on my office wall.

To the 'dialogue' that is said to be forthcoming, I wish to offer the above historical data for sincere consideration, and with it, the following items as well.

http://www.ssbn601.com/lastdays.asp The reason I offer this is the fact the US Navy had named a submarine after General Lee, and the words spoken on it's last day is very inspiring. There was also the U.S.S. Stonewall Jackson SSB (N) 631.
During the D-Day landings at Normandy in WW2, on June 6th, 1944, in the 1st wave on Omaha Beach was the 116th Infantry. They suffered over 800 casualties in the assault. They are known then as now as the "Stonewall Brigade"
The United States Congress granted in 1956 that Confederate Veterans were equal in status to all U.S. Veterans. A U.S. Congressional Gold Medal was given to the last 2 remaining Confederate Veterans in 1958.
In MGen Cucolo's statement http://www.carlisle.army.mil/banner/article.cfm?id=3289 he mentions a "George S. Patton Room". History shows that the young George Patton received his first education as a soldier from Confederate General John S. Mosby.
I could go on for a week with such facts, but shall pause here. I strongly and respectfully request the portraits of General Lee and General Jackson be retained, and forever displayed openly at your facility, that all this information be included in the upcoming dialogue, and shared with the individual whose musical painting maneuver has instigated the late media ruckus.
I appreciate your time and consideration of this important matter.

I recently saw on the T.V. channel 11 website in Atlanta where they were interviewing a person who has started an online petition to have the Confederate Memorial on Stone Mountain removed. Among other, one of the statements that he gave for this was that it did not reflect everyone in Atlanta.
Using his analysis then everything pertaining to the Civil Rights Movement in Atlanta should be removed because that period of time only covered blacks winning their constitutional rights. So those monuments, memorials, statues, street names, etc. do not reflect everyone in Atlanta as whites already had their civil rights.
Another reason for him wanting to see the Confederate Memorial removed from the side of Stone Mountain is because the Ku Klux Klan had held rallies there. The Klan holding their rallies there in the past does not make this a memorial to the Klan any more than it makes it a memorial to gays because gays have visited this park.
While this person might not agree with the heroes of others he needs to understand that under America`s constitution they are entitled to pick & choose who their heroes are & when & where they honor them. Just as he is allowed to do with his hero`s & no one has to agree with him.
It amazes me that people like this person wants everyone to respect their rights but, its alright for them to deny those same rights to everyone else. Then have the nerve to call us Un - American because we want to remember our Georgia ancestors who served in the Confederate military.

Good day, Senator Fort,
I was offended and deeply saddened to hear your comments about the American heroes commemorated on Stone Mountain.
It is hard to find words to express how insensitive I felt your remarks are. I can only imagine the countless number of people, black and white alike, you insulted in one short television segment.
I notice you are from Connecticut so perhaps you are simply ignorant of the facts. You claim to have a history degree.
I am curious about the following:
Perhaps they didn't teach you that the South wouldn't have lasted a day without the slave and free participation by black Southerners.
Perhaps you are unaware that Gen. Grant owned slaves (Union), but Gen. Lee owned none (Confederate).
Perhaps you are unaware that the North did not invade the South to free Southern slaves.
Perhaps you are unaware that the Emancipation Proclamation was a war measure that actually freed no one and in practicality made black slaves in overrun Southern lands property of the US Government (contraband).
Perhaps you hadn't considered that it was the US Government who was responsible for the deaths of black Union soldiers because, as contraband, they were required to serve.
Perhaps you are unaware that black troops were used by the US Government as cannon fodder, and at pay less than their white counter parts, were expendable, put into unwinnable, high casualty positions on the battlefield.
Perhaps you are unaware that is was the radial republicans under Lincoln's administration that wanted to send all Black Americans to "Lincontonia" or Liberia…or, in fact, anywhere else.
Perhaps you were unaware that Frederick Douglas called Lincoln and his treatment of Black Americans the biggest fraud ever.
Perhaps you were unaware that, in fact, the Pres. Davis and the Southern states were more interested in protecting the original constitution of the nation and its tenants than in keeping their black brothers and sisters enslaved.
Instead of just race baiting or trying to create civil unrest by pitting one color of Americans against another, I am hopeful that you were unaware of these facts, and now that you are informed, you will realize that it is right and proper to honor these men, and back away from your offensive position of demeaning, degrading and vilifying some of the greatest American heroes, and heroes of millions of your State's residents. If you don't believe me, allow me to suggest you consider reading "Complicity – How the North Prolonged, Promoted and Profited from Slavery" written by reporters of your home state newspaper the Hartford Courant.
Finally, I hope you will consider that all of the three men on Stone Mountain are US Veterans, both before the war serving in the Mexican War, and that by act of Congress, all Confederate Veterans are also US Veterans. Do you really want to pick a fight with Veterans? Please consider this, because how we treat veterans of the past will signal to today's veterans how they will be treated in years to come when some 'historians' choose to paint the facts in a demeaning light.

Friends, take this attack on American history seriously. One man with a history degree can claim Robert E. Lee was a hate symbol and killed thousands of Union Soldiers and it will cause outrage in the uninformed. The best defense is EDUCATION. Confederate Gen. Robert E. Lee did not own slaves, but Union Gen. Ulysses S. Grant did. Lincoln's emancipation proclamation freed no slaves, in fact it turned Southern slaves into "contraband - property of the US Government". What about the participation of the slave and free Southern Blacks. PLEASE REPORT THIS IN MANY FB PAGES AND WEBSITES! Please pardon my typos. I am in pain and moderate shock from what just happened which I am trying to write about. It is 4 am and I am still not calmed down enough to sleep!
Tonight 7-10 male Law Enforcement Officers in heavy body armour broke into my home and did much destruction. I am injured, but do not know how bad. The 1st year Sheriff Deputy, Greta Vaughan who broke and entered into my house two weeks ago giving no reason, that we were going to bring charges against but were not permitted to do when to a judge and got a search warrant for my home and took over $25-30,000 worth of my handguns, all in absolutely new condition some worth $2,000+ each. She wanted to search for guns since Christopher always open carries. Sheriff Deputies blocked Christopher from entering the Forsyth Court House last week. That is another whole story.
I am much overweight and they forced me to lie on my stomach on the floor for over 30 minutes. My physician has said to not rest on my stomach since it puts unnecessary pressure on my heart. I sleep on my back. I was then handcuffed and was not permitted to witness the search or use my cell phone. My knee and my back are now in much pain. I do not have the money for a trip to the ER and will phone my doctor tomorrow and find a chiropractor. My left and right knees are also injured and really hurting. I just took 8 IBP for pain. I am too tired and frustrated to go to the ER tonight. They also took some of my Virginia Heritage Foundation historical articles about the South that I use where I go to speak.
Two men were Police from Kernersville, NC and one with a vest that said Homeland Security Investigation. Some were in plain clothes and the rest in Forsyth County Sheriffs gear.
I asked "Am I under arrest?" They said no. I asked "Am I being detained?" They said "Yes, for the duration of the search." For a while I had on two sets of handcuffs while I explained to them that I was a Pastor who trained pastors for many years and that I had counseled LEOs for nearly 30 years who were having family problems for gratis in the cities where I pastured and taught.
They busted in my front door of this $300,000+ home and busted in a set of rear French doors. They threatened to "bust-up" my car windows. Then they set a diversionary explosive in my entrance hallway. I had gone to the top of the stairs to see what was happening at my front door. They did not announce themselves. When the explosive went off I got flat on the second floor carpet seeing that there were too many people here to resist. The noise was so close I thought I had been shot. I was only about 10 feet away from the device. It blew pictures off of my walls, broke glass inside of the house and blew my hearing and air controls off of the wall in the hall and blew on of the batteries into the kitchen. The house is a wreck.
I have no weapon now for self-defense. None . . . If I can get new handguns I will keep them at another location. If any of you have 9 mm, 357 mags, or 45 LC or 45 ACP and would like to make a donation to my safety please phone me at (336) 420-5355.
At the same time Forsyth County Sheriffs pinged my sons phone and sent a total of 6 men to arrest him on a minor charge. They took him to a jail in Greensboro . . . remember that my son is a Fugitive Recovery Agent for the Department of Insurance of State of North Carolina and has national authority.
When they came in my door I was on my cell phone speaking to my mother in Columbia, SC. She went into a panic when she heard all of the screaming at me. My wife was still in training in Oklahoma and Mom called her to let her know what was happening. She called me about twice a minute for over an hour, but they would not permit me to answer my phone. So she called one of our neighbors
Just before this strike we had a phone call from a Forsyth County Sheriff saying that Christopher "was targeted for death!!!" And that he would never be safe in this State and that I had been saying things against the government. He said that we are being targeted for death. When the Forsyth Sheriff's left the Guilford County Judge Magistrate, the Magistrate looked at Christopher and laughed and told him to get out of his jail and that he was refusing to lock him up. We are on friendly terms with judges in several counties where Christopher has made captures. Christopher soon arrived here in Kernersville warning me that I would not be safe sleeping at home and I am making other sleep arrangements.
I discussed the Constitution of the USA with my captors who knew none of the Amendments and what they meant. They asked me to sign a paper which I refused. They ask me if I were injured. I told them that I was not feeling well but was not sure how injured I was. They said, "He is not injured," and left after about 3 hours. We have already made a number of phone calls and have three lawyers working on this and we are asking for Federal and State Protection from DHS and the Forsyth County Sheriff's Department. I expect to have several Federal Marshal's protecting us by tomorrow morning.
They took five of Christopher's badges from his room and swore to the judge signing the Search Warrant that Christopher does not work for the State of North Carolina. Man are they in for a rude awakening. If you do not hear from me regularly during the next thirty days it may well be that one or both of us have been executed to the Forsyth Sheriff's Department. We have a good recording of them talking about their plans at the arrest of Christopher that they do not know about. My son is still calling trying to get me to leave the house tonight.
Please call your local newspapers and ask them to call us to get the word out while we are alive . . . please. Also you may want to call some of the phone numbers below. I would begin with the governor's office and then the FBI and then the Newspapers in your area.
It is people like us who speak out and refuse to be silent over such bully tactics. They will have to kill me to silence me and I am sure the thought is already in their minds. I would not be surprised to see my home torched. That is their ignorant style.
